Our process
- Scrub each window to lift dirt, dust and grime from the glass
- Squeegee to a clean, streak-free finish
- Detail the edges and corners so nothing gets missed
- Wipe down sills and frames and clear cobwebs as we go
- Biannual plan (every 6 months) — $50 off our standard price, each visit
- Quarterly plan (every 3 months) — $100 off our standard price, each visit, plus free hard water spot removal
- Monthly plan — $150 off our standard price, each visit, plus free hard water spot removal
How often should you clean your windows?
It depends on where you are and how exposed your windows are to the elements. As a general guide: homes closer to the coast or near busy roads tend to need attention every 3 months to stay ahead of salt spray and dust. Homes further inland can often stretch to twice a year. Shopfronts and commercial properties usually look best cleaned monthly, since first impressions matter every day, not just twice a year.

Do you clean the inside as well as the outside?
Exterior cleaning is standard on every visit, and interior cleaning is available on request. Just let us know when you book.
Do you clean flyscreens too?
Yes, wherever they can be safely removed.
Do you only do recurring plans, or one-off cleans too?
Both. One-off cleans are always available. Recurring plans just work out cheaper per visit, which is why we mention them.
What's the deal with hard water spots?
Hard water and mineral spots need a bit more work to remove than a standard clean. It's included free with our quarterly and monthly plans, and available as an add-on for one-off cleans.
Can I change or cancel a recurring plan?
Of course, just get in touch and we'll sort it out. Nothing's locked in.
